Banner Bonanza Monthly Draw – Terms and Conditions
- The promoter of this draw is Clare GAA located at Clareabbey, Clarecastle, Co. Clare
- Timing of Draw
- First Draw: draw to take place on Tues 2nd of June 2026. Eligible tickets are those that have been bought between date on which Clare GAA App is launched up to midnight on 31 May 2026.
- Each subsequent draw: The winning ticket will be drawn by an independent judge on the first Tuesday of each month, following the close of that month’s draw sales, at a time & location to be confirmed
- The Bonanza Draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over as at the date of the Banner Bonanza Draw who have purchased a draw ticket between 12.00am on the 1st day of every month and midnight on the last day of each month.
- The draw commences in April 2026 and continues monthly thereafter until the executive of Clare GAA deem otherwise.
- Prizes will be at the sole discretion of the Clare GAA County Board Executive.
- Prizes:
- Guaranteed minimum of x3 prizes each month
- Banner Bonanza draw for prize of Car in December 2026
- Minimum €5,000 cash prize for 1st prize
- Car Draw in December
- Available to €100 ticket holders, Direct Debit subscribers and recurring purchasers
- In the month of December - available only to new members who sign up to x12 tickets for €100 (note cannot buy €10 in month of Dec for 1 draw)
- The members draw is a promotional event and in the interest of transparency, limited personal information belonging to winners will be disclosed publicly such as your name, the general area you live in and the prize won.
- All entrants must be over 18 years of age on or before the draw date.
- All members are approved by the club draw Chairperson, Head of Business Operations and Finance committee. Their decision is final.
- The cost of entry of to the draw will be:
- €10 per ticket for entry into 1 draw
- €100 for x12 tickets for entry in to12 draws
- €9.00 monthly direct debit option
- Entry into Car Draw is subject to:
- Available to €100 ticket holders, Direct Debit subscribers and recurring purchasers
- In the month of December - available only to new members who sign up to x12 tickets for €100 (note cannot buy €10 in month of Dec for 1 draw)
- Only those who have purchased this membership ticket are eligible to participate.
- By purchasing a Ticket, an entrant is deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions are governed by Irish Law.
- Once purchased no refunds will be issued except in the event of cancellation of Banner Bonanza Draw
- Entrance to the draw must be completed prior to participation and no entry is valid unless full fees have been paid in advance.
- The organisers of this draw shall not derive any personal profit from it.
- The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of his or her name and image in any publicity material as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants shall be used solely in accordance with current Irish data Protection Legislation and in connection with the draw and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

- The Implementation conduction and verification of this draw will be fully supervised by an Independent Adjudicator.
- In the event that the winning member is a person who is in arrears or has defaulted on a payment the executive of Clare GAA may make a decision to withhold delivery of the funds won by the member until the arrears have been paid or the default has been rectified.
- The decision of the executive of Clare GAA concerning the foregoing rules, amendments to the rules shall, or any matters arising from the monthly draw, will be final and not subject to appeal.
- You may opt out of the Banner Bonanza at any time by cancelling your subscription.

- Clare GAA reserve the right to cancel or amend the draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or any other event outside the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition shall be notified to entrants as soon as possible
- The winning ticket and ticket holder will be subject to verification by Clare GAA. This process may take up to 7 days to complete.
- The winner will be notified by email or by SMS or phone or by postal letter within 28 days of the draw date. The winner will be deemed to have been notified on the date of the email notification or phone call or SMS or within 3 days of the date of any postal letter. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Clare GAA reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. In this event, any subsequent draw will take place in accordance with these terms and conditions until a new winner is established.

You are giving consent for your personal data to be collected to facilitate your entry into the Banner Bonanza monthly draw. You can request to withdraw this consent at any stage by contacting the draw organisers.
Data Retention
Clare GAA will keep your data relating to the members draw while you are a paid up member of the draw and for 2 years after the draw ends or after you leave the draw, wither by withdrawing your consent or by having insufficient funds to pay the entry fee.
